Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Marketing Executive primarily to manage our Instagram presence . The focus will be on planning, creating, and publishing engaging posts and reels that align with our brand voice, drive engagement, and help grow our follower base. Key Responsibilities: Develop a monthly content calendar for Instagram (posts + reels). Research trends, hashtags, and competitor content to stay current. Create content strategies to enhance engagement, building a community of followers and maintaining an active LinkedIn presence. Produce (or coordinate production of) visuals photography, videography, graphics, reels. Caption writing, hashtag strategy, and scheduling of posts & reels. Ensure all written content aligns with brand voice, tone, and messaging, maintaining consistency across all Instagram posts. Work closely with the marketing and communications teams to align Instagram content with broader marketing campaigns and company goals. Qualifications 13 years of experience managing Instagram (ideally for fashion / lifestyle brand). Strong understanding of Instagram features posts, reels, stories, IGTV etc. Good eye for visual aesthetics: photography & videography basics, graphic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Premiere / Photoshop / Lightroom) Excellent writing & language skills; ability to write engaging, onbrand captions.

Position Overview We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager who will help amplify Recherchs voice tell our story, showcase our craftsmanship, and grow our presence in a way that resonates with our audience. Youll take charge of managing our social platforms, producing content (photo/video/text), leading brand and influencer collaborations, and guiding our digital image with consistency, creativity, and values. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute a social media strategy for Recherch that aligns with our brand identity sustainable, elegant, limited edition, artisanal. • Handle content creation end-to-end: concept, photography, videography, editing, design. Produce posts, reels, stories, videos especially for Instagram; maintain professional profile and content on LinkedIn. • Write engaging copy that tells Recherch’s story—product descriptions, campaign messages, captions, posts—that reflects our luxury, sustainability, and artistry. • Create video content and reels: trend-aware, visually aesthetic, storytelling driven. • Photo shoots and product shoots: coordinate styling, shooting, editing, captions so that our visuals are top quality. • Oversee influencer / collaborator partnerships: identifying relevant people, negotiating terms, managing content deliverables, ensuring brand alignment. • Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, fashion & textile industry insights; propose new ideas for content, formats, campaigns. • Track metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, website traffic via social, conversion) and prepare periodic reports + data-led recommendations for improvement. • Collaborate closely with design / product / marketing / sales teams to ensure consistency in brand voice, product launches, campaigns. Requirements • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years (or more) managing social media for fashion / textiles / lifestyle brands. • Platform Skills: Strong hands-on experience with Instagram (posts, stories, reels), and LinkedIn. Comfortable also with other platforms as needed (Pinterest, TikTok etc.). • Creative Skills: Proficiency in photo editing, video editing (tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Lightroom, Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut / etc.), graphic design, visual storytelling. • Writing Skill: Strong copywriting—able to write brand-aligned, engaging, error-free content. • Brand Sensibility: Good sense of aesthetics; an eye for detail; passion for fashion, textiles, sustainable design. • Organizational Skills: Ability to plan content calendars; manage multiple projects / deadlines; work well in a fast-paced creative environment. • Communications & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable coordinating with influencers, external vendors, internal teams.
