Job Description

  • Experience in Architecture, Interior design & construction companies
  • Front-desk management: calls, visitors, emails.
  • Maintain reception area & meeting room coordination.
  • Handle courier, office supplies & basic admin tasks.
  • Assist HR with onboarding, attendance, leave records & documents.
  • Support in preparing HR communication.
  • Help accounts with petty cash, bills, vouchers & filing.
  • Assist in invoice preparation, vendor payment coordination & data entry.
  • Maintain records, registers, and daily office updates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Interior Design Company: 1 year (Required)
