Job Description

As a Receptionist in the Construction sector, your responsibilities will include: - Greeting visitors in a courteous and professional manner, and directing them to the appropriate team or employee. - Receiving calls and accurately recording messages for employees. - Directing inquiries to the respective team or employee. - Maintaining visitor logs with details of visitors and the purpose of their visit. - Issuing access cards for visitors. - Coordinating with clients or vendors to schedule meetings. - Monitoring office supplies and placing orders as needed. - Receiving, sorting, and distributing packages to employees. - Preparing packages for dispatch and coordinating with logistics partners for pickup. - Providing administrative support such as photocopying and filing documents. - Drafting emails and communicating with vendors or clients. - Assisting in making travel arrangements for employees. - Scheduling interviews and making necessary arrangements during hiring processes.
