We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Receptionist to be the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors at our NEET/JEE Academy. If you’re someone who loves keeping things smooth, greeting people with warmth, and managing day-to-day front desk operations, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome students, parents, and visitors with a positive and professional attitude.
Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and walk-in queries.
Maintain student enquiry records and assist in follow-ups for admissions.
Manage front-desk tasks such as scheduling counselling sessions and coordinating with faculty.
Assist parents/students with basic information about courses, batches, and academy facilities.
Ensure reception area is neat, organised, and presentable at all times.
Support administrative tasks like document collection, attendance assistance, and communication updates.
Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams for daily operational needs.

Requirements:

Minimum PUC/Graduate in any stream.
Strong communication skills (English + local language preferred).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM usage).
Pleasant personality with excellent customer-handling skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organised under pressure.
Prior experience in an educational institute is a plus.
