Job Description

We're Hiring | Receptionist

Location: Khandeshwar, Navi Mumbai
Industry: Healthcare – Pathology Laboratory
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

Welcome and assist patients visiting the pathology laboratory.
Handle patient registration, billing, and appointment scheduling.
Manage incoming calls and patient inquiries.
Coordinate with phlebotomists and laboratory staff.
Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry.
Assist with daily front desk operations and administrative tasks.

Requirements

Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
Polite, presentable, and patient-friendly attitude.
Healthcare or diagnostic centre experience will be an added advantage.
