Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers visiting the store in a professional and courteous manner.
• Handle customer enquiries regarding laundry, dry-cleaning services, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Manage customer orders, billing, payments, and order entries in the company's system.
• Coordinate with store staff regarding garment collection, processing, and delivery.
• Handle customer calls and WhatsApp enquiries and provide timely updates on order status.
• Maintain accurate records of customer details, orders, payments, and daily transactions.
• Resolve basic customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the concerned team.
• Ensure the reception area and store front are clean, organised, and presentable.
• Support daily store operations and maintain a positive customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
• Pleasant personality with a customer-friendly approach.
• Good coordination, organisation, and multitasking abilities.
• Prior experience in reception, retail, or customer service will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

A responsible, well-presented, and customer-oriented individual who can independently manage front-desk activities and ensure smooth day-to-day customer interactions at the store.
