Receptionist Front Desk

Location: Worli Centre, Mumbai
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Experience: Prior experience in a diagnostic centre, hospital, or healthcare front desk preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients and visitors professionally.
• Handle patient enquiries, incoming calls, and WhatsApp communication.
• Manage patient registration, data entry, billing, and appointment scheduling.
• Handle cash, UPI, and card payments, including daily collections.
• Maintain cash records, payment reports, and billing reconciliation.
• Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and laboratory staff for smooth patient flow.
• Assist patients with test information, reports, and general enquiries.
• Maintain patient records, confidentiality, and front office documentation.
• Manage routine administrative and reception activities.

Required Skills:

• Professional, presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer knowledge, typing skills, and basic MS Excel.
• Strong numerical accuracy and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to multitask in a busy healthcare environment.
• Responsible, punctual, organised, and detail-oriented.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
