Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Front Desk Management Greet all walk-in applicants warmly and professionally Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area 2. Interview Scheduling & Coordination Collect basic details and direct candidates to fill out initial forms Schedule interviews and notify relevant HR staff or country leads Escort candidates to the interview room and ensure smooth flow 3. Walk-in Support & Orientation Brief candidates on the application steps and process Assist in navigating the website if they need help filling out the online form Offer water, guide them to the waiting area, and manage basic hospitality 4. Documentation Handling Receive and verify hard copies of ID proofs, passports, or application forms Maintain daily visitor log and update applicant status tracker 5. Communication & Follow-Up Answer basic inquiries related to job openings, application steps, or office location Provide polite, consistent responses in person and via the office phone line 6. Coordination with Internal Teams Communicate with HR and operations team about daily appointments or changes Notify support staff when candidates need further guidance or clarification Preferred candidate profile Presentable female with fluent English & Hindi, basic computer skills, polite communication, confident personality, and ability to handle walk-ins and multitask in a professional environment.
