* Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner. * Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently. * Provide information about products, services, and pricing. * Assist customers with their needs and resolve any issues. * Process sales transactions and handle payment processes. * Maintain customer records and update CRM system. * Contribute to sales targets by promoting products/services.
* Collaborate with the sales team to identify and follow up on sales opportunities. * Monitor and maintain the front desk area for cleanliness and organization. * Ensure timely and accurate communication with customers and team members.
