Skills

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in similar position as receptionist, administrative assistance role, preferably in Real estate, construction or client management role
  • Strong computer proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent Communication skills in English and Malayalam
  • Highly organizational skill, ability to multitask, prioritize time in a fast-paced environment
  • Interpersonal skills - strong customer service orientation, ability to rapport with clients and colleagues, able to handle confidential information
