Sales & Reception Executive

Dr. Gowd’s Dental | Hyderabad

We are looking for a confident, friendly and well-organized Sales & Reception Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate should be good at communicating with patients, handling enquiries, converting leads into appointments and ensuring a smooth patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Reception

• Welcome and attend to patients professionally.
• Manage patient appointments, registrations and follow-ups.
• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries and walk-in patients.
• Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff.
• Maintain patient records and front-office documentation.

Sales & Patient Coordination

• Handle enquiries about dental treatments and services.
• Explain treatment plans, procedures and clinic services to patients.
• Follow up with patients who have received treatment estimates.
• Convert enquiries and leads into confirmed appointments.
• Encourage treatment acceptance through effective patient communication.
• Follow up on pending treatments and missed appointments.
• Maintain patient relationships and improve patient retention.

Tele calling

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing patients.
• Follow up on enquiries generated through digital marketing and social media.
• Remind patients about appointments and pending treatments.
• Maintain daily call records and enquiry reports.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing, negotiation and patient-handling abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
• Ability to communicate in English, Telugu and Hindi.
• Presentable, organized and responsible.
• Prior experience in healthcare, hospitals, dental clinics or customer service is preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also apply.

What We Are Looking For

Someone who can take ownership of the front desk, confidently communicate with patients, follow up on leads and contribute to the overall growth of the clinic.

Position: Full-time
Location: Dr. Gowd’s Dental, Hyderabad
Salary: Based on experience and suitability

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
