Job Summary

CHR Properties is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive property sales, generate leads, and achieve business targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase property bookings.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, property presentations, negotiations, and site visits.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and follow up with prospective buyers.
• Monitor team performance, sales pipelines, and daily activity reports.
• Train and guide sales executives to improve their performance.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation and promotional activities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
• Ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must be below 32 years of age.
• Previous experience in real estate sales and team management is preferred.
• Must be target-oriented, confident, and capable of leading a sales team.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
