Our Client: For a Real estate/ Construction or Developer corporate with presence in Bangalore.

Designation: Telesales executive

Location: Bangalore-BTM Layout

Education: Graduation

Experience: 1–3 Years

About the Role: Looking for a smart, energetic and highly persuasive Telesales personnel with experience in real estate or developer industry. The role involves managing the customer journey from initial enquiry and prospecting to follow-ups, site visits and eventual booking or closure.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to generate and nurture prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements, budget, property preferences and purchase timelines.
• Present project offerings, address objections and effectively convert prospects into qualified opportunities.
• Drive customer engagement through regular follow-ups, site visit coordination and closure-oriented conversations.
• Manage prospects through the sales cycle, working closely with the field sales team wherever required.
• Maintain lead records, call outcomes and follow-up schedules.
• Support administrative activities and corporate event coordination as required.

Requirement:

• 1–3 years of experience in real estate telesales or sales prospecting.
• Good understanding of the sales cycle, customer handling, project offerings and closure processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada; additional regional languages will be an advantage.
• Strong persuasion, objection handling and customer conversion abilities.
• Excellent telephonic etiquette, confidence and a proactive personality.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
