Position: Real Estate Sales Executive
Location: Vadodara

Reports To: Sales Manager/Team Lead
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building relationships with potential clients, and managing the sales process from start to finish. This role requires a deep understanding of the local real estate market, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently while contributing to team success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify and generate new leads through various methods (networking, referrals, cold calling, social media, and online platforms).
Maintain a pipeline of potential buyers and sellers, keeping accurate records of all interactions and follow-ups.
Property Listings & Sales:
Present properties to potential buyers and sellers, highlighting features and benefits.
Arrange and conduct property viewings for prospective clients.
Advise clients on property prices, market trends, and investment potential.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and concerns throughout the buying/selling process.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering professional advice and insights.
Negotiation & Closing:
Negotiate property deals on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
Guide clients through the paperwork and legal process involved in buying or selling properties.
Close sales and ensure smooth transaction processes, including liaising with legal, financial, and inspection teams.
Market Knowledge & Reporting:
Stay updated on current market trends, local real estate developments, and competitive pricing.
Provide clients with up-to-date market analysis, comparative property values, and area insights.
Maintain sales reports and records of activities, providing regular updates to the management team.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
Collaborate with other sales executives, marketing teams, and property developers to achieve sales targets.
Attend team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales processes and strategies.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a real estate sales executive, agent, or in a similar sales role.
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and current trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (Salesforce, etc.).
A valid real estate license (if required by local law).
A passion for real estate and helping clients achieve their property goals.
Education & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Previous experience in sales or real estate (preferred).
Ongoing education and training in real estate (a plus).
Working Conditions:
Full-time position with flexibility in working hours.
Must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Travel within the assigned region for client meetings, property showings, and market research.
Compensation:
Competitive base salary + commission.
