Real Estate Presales Executive – Telecalling

*Mandatory Requirement*

Candidates must have more than 6 months of hands-on telecalling or presales experience specifically in real estate. Freshers and candidates whose telecalling experience is only in banking, insurance, BPO or other unrelated industries will not be considered.

*About the Role*

Estate Vault Realty is hiring a Presales Executive to handle property enquiries, qualify buyers and schedule site visits for residential projects across East Pune.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Make outbound calls to fresh enquiries and existing leads.

* Understand buyer requirements, including budget, location, configuration and purchase timeline.

* Explain relevant property options and answer initial project queries.

* Schedule site visits and coordinate appointments with the sales team.

* Follow up with clients to confirm visits and reschedule when required.

* Maintain accurate calling remarks, lead stages and next follow-up dates in the CRM.

* Coordinate with sales executives for post-visit feedback and further follow-ups.

* Work towards agreed calling, qualification and site visit targets.

*Candidate Requirements*

* More than 6 months of real estate telecalling or presales experience Mendetory.

* Hands-on experience qualifying property buyers and scheduling site visits.

* Clear communication, active listening and confident telephone etiquette.

* Consistent follow-up habits and basic CRM knowledge.

* Ability to handle objections professionally.

* Familiarity with East Pune projects is preferred.
