Real Estate Pre-Sales Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to handle potential customer inquiries, generate and nurture leads, and support the sales team in selling residential properties. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to convert inquiries into potential site visits and bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries received through digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and walk-ins.
• Explain property details, pricing, payment plans, and project benefits to prospective buyers.
• Coordinate and schedule property site visits.
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.
• Generate qualified leads and coordinate with the sales team for closures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, or Real Estate Sales.
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good customer handling and follow-up skills.
• Understanding of real estate sales and pre-sales processes.
• Ability to coordinate site visits and manage customer inquiries.
• Target-oriented with strong lead conversion skills.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
