What You'll Do

• Generate new leads through field visits, references, and networking.
• Meet potential buyers and understand their property requirements.
• Conduct property site visits and explain project features.
• Build strong client relationships and provide end-to-end assistance.
• Follow up with clients and convert leads into successful sales.
• Coordinate with builders, property owners, and the internal team.
• Negotiate deals and help clients complete property transactions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and earn attractive incentives.

Who Can Apply?

• Freshers
• Candidates with 0–3 years of experience in Real Estate, Insurance, Banking, Automobile, or Field Sales.
• Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented individuals.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Must be willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
