Role Overview: As a Full Stack Developer with expertise in ReactJS, PHP, and MongoDB, you will play a crucial role in developing and deploying scalable web applications. Your responsibilities will include developing responsive frontend applications, building backend services and APIs, working with MongoDB for data integration, collaborating with design and product teams, debugging issues, and ensuring best practices in coding and performance. Key Responsibilities: - Develop responsive web applications using ReactJS - Build robust backend services and APIs using PHP - Work with MongoDB for data modeling and integration - Collaborate with design and product teams to translate requirements into technical deliverables - Debug and troubleshoot issues across the stack - Participate in code reviews, testing, and performance tuning - Ensure best practices in coding, security, and performance Qualification Required: - 2.5 - 3.5 years of relevant development experience - Strong proficiency in ReactJS, including component lifecycle, hooks, and state management - Solid experience with Core PHP or frameworks like Laravel/CodeIgniter - Hands-on experience with MongoDB, including querying, schema design, and aggregation - Good understanding of RESTful APIs and client-server architecture - Familiarity with Git and basic DevOps/deployment workflows - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code - Strong problem-solving and communication skills Additional Details: The company offers a flexible hybrid work setup with 23 days in the office in Gurgaon, a supportive and fast-paced startup culture, opportunities for growth with the product and team, and performance-based growth and bonus.
