ReactJS Developer

The ReactJS Developer position is based in Chandigarh, India and requires full-time on-site availability. As a ReactJS Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining modern web applications using ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. Your role will involve creating reusable components and libraries, converting UI/UX designs into clean code, and collaborating with design and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences. You will optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability, debug cross-browser compatibility issues, and integrate front-end features with REST APIs and third-party services. Participation in code reviews, daily stand-ups, and sprint planning is essential to ensure effective teamwork and feature delivery. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of professional ReactJS experience, strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and React lifecycle methods, and hands-on experience with state management tools like Redux or Context API. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design is required, along with familiarity with Git, NPM, Webpack, Babel, and related tools. Experience in integrating APIs, working with asynchronous data, writing clean and scalable code, and optimizing performance and browser compatibility are crucial for success in this role. Bonus points are awarded for familiarity with Next.js, TypeScript, or Tailwind CSS, knowledge of testing tools like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress, and understanding of Node.js, Express, and databases such as MongoDB or MySQL. Soft skills such as problem-solving abilities, analytical mindset, excellent communication, and teamwork skills are highly valued.
