RCM Analyst

As an RCM Analyst at Orchestrate Medical, you will play a crucial role in turning healthcare data into actionable insights for revenue cycle management. Your expertise in Power BI, SQL, Excel, and understanding of the U.S. medical billing lifecycle will be instrumental in redefining revenue recovery for the team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build and manage RCM dashboards using Power BI and SQL. - Develop custom reports to monitor collections, denial rate, and reimbursement patterns. - Assist in financial forecasting, scenario planning, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs). - Present data-driven insights to internal teams and U.S.-based clients. - Enhance accuracy and profitability through effective data storytelling. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum of 5 years of experience in RCM analytics or healthcare finance, preferably in the U.S. healthcare sector. - Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Excel. - Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHRs) such as Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, etc. - In-depth knowledge of U.S. medical billing processes, CPT/ICD codes, and accounts receivable (AR) cycles. - Ability to translate data into actionable strategies. - Excellent English communication skills and keen attention to detail. - Comfortable working during U.S. hours (EST/CST).
