About the Role We are hiring a Full Stack Developer who can build smooth, fast, and reliable web applications end-to-end. You will work on pages, dashboards, login systems, APIs, databases, and real-time features. You will collaborate with design, product, and backend teams to turn ideas into working screens and stable server logic. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications using Node.js, Express, MongoDB, Redux, and Socket.IO. Ensure scalability, security, and performance of the application by implementing best practices in coding standards. Participate in code reviews to maintain quality and consistency across the team. Troubleshoot issues related to frontend (React.js) and backend development. Frontend Development • Build and maintain web pages using React.js and Next.js • Use Material UI, Material Joy, or Tailwind to create clean layouts • Create reusable components and proper page structures • Convert designs and wireframes into working screens • Improve page speed, performance, and loading flow • Use Redux, Zustand, or Jotai for state management • Work with data fetching tools like Axios, SWR, and React Query • Ensure smooth experience on all devices Backend Development • Build APIs using Node.js and Express • Connect backend APIs with the frontend smoothly • Handle MongoDB for storing, updating, and reading data • Handle authentication using JWT or NextAuth • Manage caching, API calls, and basic security practices • Build real-time features using Socket.io or Websocket • Maintain neat and easy-to-understand backend code Overall Responsibilities • Fix bugs and improve overall stability • Write clean, readable, and structured code • Work with Git and GitHub for version control • Help in deployment and hosting when needed • Ensure responsive and user-friendly behavior Required Skills • Good understanding of JavaScript • Strong knowledge of React.js and Next.js • Experience with Node.js and Express • Working knowledge of MongoDB • Experience with Socket.io or Websocket • Understanding of state management tools (Redux/Zustand/Jotai) • Basic authentication knowledge (JWT / NextAuth) • Good debugging and problem-solving skills • Understanding of responsive design • Familiar with Git and GitHub Good to Have • Experience with TypeScript • Familiarity with Prisma ORM • Basic deployment knowledge (Vercel/AWS) • Docker basics • Payment gateway integration • Testing knowledge • GraphQL familiarity • Basic Linux commands If you enjoy building simple, clean, and reliable full stack applications and want to work in an environment where your ideas matter, we would be happy to meet you.
