We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Pricing Expert to strengthen our pricing team and ensure accurate, data-driven insights across the diamond market. Role Overview: The Senior Pricing Expert will be responsible for developing and refining pricing models for categories where current reporting is limited. This role requires deep industry expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to source and validate data from RapNet, GIA, and direct market conversations. Key Responsibilities: Minimum 2-5 years of experience Analyze and establish pricing for goods that lack reporting, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Leverage RapNet data, Excel models, and other analytical tools to produce actionable pricing insights. Build and maintain relationships with market participants to source reliable, real-time pricing information. Collaborate with internal teams to refine pricing methodologies and reporting frameworks. Monitor certified goods markets and integrate findings into pricing strategies. Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities within the diamond market. Contribute to the continued credibility and leadership of Rapaport’s pricing services. Requirements: Proven experience working in a pricing team at a major company (preferably in the diamond, luxury goods, or related industries). Extensive background working with certified goods in the diamond industry. Strong skills in Excel and data analysis; experience working with large datasets. High-level English communication skills (spoken and written). Ability to engage with market participants confidently to gather insights and validate data. Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable taking initiative in a dynamic market environment. Deep understanding of global diamond market dynamics.
