JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist the anesthetist during induction, patient shifting, and positioning. Check and ensure proper functioning of Boyle’s/anesthesia machine and monitors. Load and prepare all necessary anesthesia drugs before procedures. Maintain accurate anesthesia records and follow the anesthesiologist’s instructions. Be flexible with duty hours as per instructions from immediate seniors. Be prepared for multitasking or temporary assignment to other departments, as needed. Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the management in a responsible and timely manner. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare procedure trolley with necessary items (catheters, guide wires, contrast, etc.). Check machine and defibrillator functionality before the procedure. Update patient details on the monitor and take brief medical history. Attach ECG leads, BP cuff, and O₂ probe to the patient. Assist doctors during procedures and operate machines as instructed. Export and present procedure images to relatives with the concerned doctor. Create CDs/prints of procedures and maintain daily records (registers, contrast use, stock). Manage Cath Lab inventory: receive, document, and issue materials. Monitor temperature, humidity, and AC functioning in the lab. Ensure infection control protocols are followed. Take consent for further procedures and prepare accordingly. Be flexible with duty hours and open to multitasking or departmental support as needed.
