Role Description Sales & Business Development Drive primary and secondary sales across assigned Telangana territories Appoint, manage, and strengthen distributors, dealers, and sub-dealers Expand market presence in poultry farms Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Channel & Relationship Management Build strong relationships with distributors, farm owners, and feed manufacturers Conduct joint field visits , farmer meetings, and product promotions Ensure healthy credit management and collections as per company policy Market Execution & Promotion Execute product launches, demonstrations, and farmer awareness programs Collect and share market intelligence, competitor activity, and pricing insights Ensure product visibility , availability, and correct usage at field level Team & Territory Management Recruit, train, and mentor field sales executives / officers Monitor field performance, coverage, and beat planning Conduct regular reviews, coaching, and performance tracking Reporting & Compliance Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and distributor performance updates Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical practices, and regulatory norms Qualifications Strong sales and business development skills, including achieving sales targets and client acquisition Proficiency in relationship management, customer service, and client communication Experience in the poultry, Ability to analyze market trends, develop sales strategies, and report key insights Willingness to travel within the assigned area Bachelor’s degree Science or Commerce , Preferably in in Business, Animal Science, Veterinary Science, Agriculture, or related fields is preferred
