We are living here for more than a year, facing issues with faulty STP and hygienic flush water. Though other aspects of apartment is good except for STP.

Known for delaying project.Handing the units with incomplete infrastructure. Not completing things as advertised @ RAMKY one north , STP issue is existing from last 3 years and builder is trying to fool residents and is failing miserably against determined residents .

Did not get proper support for property transfer. Sagarika from CRM delayed the process. Truly not happy with her service.

Own a flat @ Ramky One North, Bangalore. Insensitive management and lack customer focus. STP and major statutory deviations in the project. Buyer's to be vigilant before investing in any property by Ramky.

Own an apartment in Ramky One North at Bangalore from this builder. Sewage treatment plant water is a reason for health issues of residents leading to infections and sickness mainly among ladies and kids

I'm a resident of Ramky One North Bangalore. Many statutory non compliances in the project , mainly STP. Irresponsible builder, buyer's to think twice before investing.

Disappointed with my investment in their property in Bangalore They are indifferent to the residents concern of an inadequate STP Plant and it is a huge let down Though I must add rest of the facilities are reasonably good
