Need minimum 7 - 10 years of experience with excellent hold over the entire People Management functions. Manage day to day operations for hire to retire process Experience in managing an employee strength of at least 400 people include Contract Must have all-round exposure in HR functions, such as talent acquisition, retention, employee engagement, building organizational culture, PMS, learning and development. Must have competence in building and effectively managing interpersonal relationships with employees at all levels of the company. Should have in-depth knowledge of labor laws and industry-standard HR practices. Role & responsibilities Supervisory Responsibilities: Oversees Finance department, budget preparation, and Audit functions. Works with other department heads to monitor each department and make recommendations. Duties/Responsibilities: Preparation of the Annual Budget in close co-ordination with the cross functional team and sharing the same with the Senior Management for Board clearance. Ensures completion of the Internal Audit process and presenting the same to the Board Compares sales and profit projections to actual figures and budgeted expenses to actual expenses; makes or oversees any necessary adjustments to future projections and budgets. Reviews planning process and suggests improvements to current methods. Works with the Sr. Management and other executives to coordinate planning and establish priorities for the planning process. Studies long-range economic trends and projects their impact on future growth in sales and market share. Experience in engagement with consortium and multiple banks. Age to be with 35 to 40 yrs. Proficient in English and Tamil. Proficiency in Hindi will be preferred / added qualification.
