Role Description Requirement for: Stringer Operator Laminator Operator Auto-Bussing ITI Freshers Diploma Freshers Location: Moti Chirai Experience: Solar Module Department (0-4 years) This is a full-time on-site role for a Machine Operator at Rajdeep Solar Energy Private Limited located in Gandhidham. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating machinery, conducting quality control checks, and utilizing hand tools as part of daily tasks. Qualifications Diploma/ B.E./B.Tec ITI Fresher or Experienced Knowlege about: Cell, Ribbon, Flux, Material Rejection control Machine Operation and Machinery skills Quality Control skills Effective Communication skills Ability to work with Hand Tools Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects Prior experience in manufacturing or machine operation Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Technical certification in machine operation or relevant field
