The ideal candidate will specialize in diagnosing, preventing, and correcting misaligned teeth and jaws, and will deliver high-quality orthodontic care with an emphasis on patient satisfaction and clinical excellence. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate patients' dental and jaw conditions using diagnostic tools such as X-rays, photographs, and models. Develop customized treatment plans to address malocclusions, spacing issues, crowding, and bite problems. Install and adjust orthodontic appliances such as braces, retainers, and aligners (e.g., Invisalign). Monitor progress and make necessary modifications throughout the treatment. Educate patients and guardians on oral hygiene, appliance care, and treatment expectations. Collaborate with general dentists, oral surgeons, and other specialists when multidisciplinary care is required. Maintain accurate patient records, progress notes, and compliance documentation. Stay updated on the latest orthodontic technologies, tools, and clinical methods. Qualifications & Skills: BDS with specialization in MDS – Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics (recognized by DCI). Valid license to practice dentistry. Proven experience in clinical orthodontics (minimum [X] years preferred). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Commitment to patient safety and high standards of care.
