RAG Architect

As an experienced AI Architect at Qualcomm India Private Limited, your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions for Qualcomm Cloud AI Platforms. Your role will involve leading the design and development of applications for RAG AI models, managing interaction between retrieval-augmented techniques and generative models, and building services to connect AI models for various tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of applications for RAG AI models and provide APIs for frontend consumption. - Manage the interaction between retrieval-augmented techniques and generative models. - Build services connecting AI models to handle tasks such as query retrieval, model inference, and generating responses. - Design pipelines for data preprocessing, cleaning, and preparation for AI model training and production environments. - Implement cloud solutions for hosting Python-based services, ensuring scalability and high traffic handling. - Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting for smooth operation of Python backend services. - Continuously optimize model performance by fine-tuning and adapting Python-based AI models for real-time use cases. - Partner with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and developers to ensure tight integration between AI models and frontend-backend infrastructure. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field with 6+ years of Software Test Engineering experience or - Master's degree with 5+ years or PhD with 4+ years of Software Test Engineering experience. - 2+ years of work experience in Software Test or System Test, developing and automating test plans and tools.
