Position: Radiology IT Support Engineer – L2 / L3

Locations: Bangalore | Hyderabad | Noida (Onsite)
Experience: 5–10+ Years
Domain: Healthcare IT / Radiology Informatics

We are looking for experienced Radiology IT Support Engineers (L2/L3) with strong hands-on experience in enterprise Radiology applications, PACS administration, and clinical imaging workflows.

Key Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Visage, PowerScribe, and Laurel Bridge/Compass (highly preferred).
• Strong knowledge of PACS / VNA Administration.
• Expertise in DICOM, HL7 (ADT, ORM, ORU), and RIS/PACS workflows.
• Experience with modality connectivity, DICOM routing, and image exchange.
• Exposure to Vitrea, TeraRecon, Circle, MIM, HeartFlow, GE ViewPoint, Ambra, Life Image, and PowerShare.
• Strong L2/L3 production support and troubleshooting experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced support for enterprise Radiology applications.
• Troubleshoot PACS, DICOM, HL7, and imaging workflow issues.
• Support radiologists, clinical users, and diagnostic workstations.
• Perform application monitoring, upgrades, maintenance, and RCA.
• Coordinate with vendors and infrastructure teams to ensure system availability.
