This role involves on-ground efforts to identify, interact with, and onboard domestic staff (maids, cooks, caretakers, cleaners, etc.) from residential areas, nearby villages, and community hubs in and around Sohna, Gurugram. Key Responsibilities · Conduct canopy/stall activities in local markets, chowks, and residential societies to recruit domestic staff · Approach potential candidates (maids, cooks, helpers) and explain job opportunities · Collect candidate details (name, phone, area, skill) and share with HR daily · Distribute flyers, banners, and job cards to generate word-of-mouth referrals · Coordinate with HR team to arrange interviews or trials of shortlisted workers · Travel to field locations (villages, labor points, maid networks) to source leads · Maintain a daily lead tracker and meet weekly hiring targets Requirements · Minimum qualification: 10th pass; 12th pass preferred · Should be comfortable with field work in open areas, markets, and societies · Fluent in Hindi; basic English is a plus · Good communication and convincing skills · Experience in field recruitment, sales, or local sourcing preferred · Smartphone required for lead submission and coordination Salary & Benefits · Fixed Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 (based on experience) · Daily Travel Allowance: ₹100/day for field visits · Incentives: ₹50 successful candidate hired · Mobile recharge allowance for work-related calls · Performance bonuses for monthly hiring targets Growth Opportunity Performing candidates can grow into Senior Field Executives or Field Hiring Supervisors managing a team and expanding sourcing areas.
