The role involves providing technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, assisting in deployments, and coordinating with the development and automation teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects.​ Key Responsibilities Assist in installation, configuration, and basic testing of Raah Solutions’ software and automation applications at client and internal environments.​ Provide first-level technical support to users by responding to tickets, calls, and emails, and recording all issues in the tracking system.​ Troubleshoot common software, hardware, and basic network problems and escalate complex issues to senior engineers or developers as needed.​ Coordinate with software developers to replicate bugs, gather logs, and verify fixes in test or staging environments.​ Maintain accurate documentation of installations, configurations, assets, and support activities for internal records and audits.​ Assist in preparing user manuals, FAQs, and simple training presentations for customers and internal staff.​ Monitor system performance parameters as instructed and report deviations or recurring issues to the responsible team.​ Follow company IT, security, and data protection policies while working with client systems and confidential information.​ Required Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related discipline.​ 0–2 years of experience in software support, IT assistant, or technical support role; motivated freshers with strong technical fundamentals are encouraged to apply.​ Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux), networking fundamentals, and common productivity tools.​ Knowledge of software installation, configuration, and basic troubleshooting steps for applications and devices.​ Good written and verbal communication skills, with a strong customer service mindset.​ Ability to work in a team environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.​ Preferred / Added Advantage Exposure to industrial automation, PLC panels, SCADA systems, or related engineering software.​ Basic programming or scripting knowledge (for example, C, C++, Java, Python, or similar) to assist in debugging and testing.​ Familiarity with ticketing tools, version control systems, or bug-tracking platforms.​ Employment Type and Work Schedule Employment Type: Full-time, on-site at Mangalagiri.​ Work Schedule: Standard office hours, with flexibility to support urgent client issues when required.​ Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.​ Opportunities for training in software development and client project exposure.​ Friendly, technology-driven work environment with scope for growth into software support engineer or developer roles.​
