They have no idea that how to take interview. They will ask you in interview what you done yesterday?? Than they will say to everybody - sorry guys you can go back. We don't need because 1 year experience is mandatory in hospital line.
So I have a question - why you send mail to all persons " R1RCM is hiring FRESHERS"????

No less in comparison of any other mnc, work is relaxed, salary isn't high. Do negotiate.
