Job description: Role Purpose An Associate in the Production department is responsible for ensuring that production runs smoothly. This role involves planning, coordinating, and controlling manufacturing processes, ensuring that costs, quality, and production quantities are accurate. Additionally, they forecast production requirements to achieve production targets Primary Roles and Responsibilities 01. Responsible for sharing Inward and despatch reports in official groups. 02. Need to Collect daily production status reports and analyse it before sharing it in official groups. 03. Need to do brief and trunks ledger entry work. 04. Responsible for updating QC follow up chart. 05. Responsible for sending email containing PO information to internal departments. 06. Need to prepare purchase order (PO) for unibro orders in SAP. 07. Need to do goods Inward GRN for Unibro products. 08. Need to prepare delivery note and invoice copy for Unibro products. 09. Odo entry for own vehicle and rented vehicle. 10. Need to raise vehicle request and prepare e-way bill. 11. Need to collect and prepare data in excel sheet for Adas, Seconds and big adas pieces. 12. Need to follow up Venmai book for R and R textile. 13. Need to print bundle tag stickers 14. Need to do other miscellaneous work. 15. Co-ordinate with every section in charges for a smoother process flow. 16. Follow-up with data entry team for generating day to day production reports. 17. On time reporting to manager or management head. 18. Co-ordinate with Accessory team for maintaining inventory. 19. Must ensure that every order is dispatched with proper e-way bill and e-invoice. 20. Verifying weekly reports and section inward planning chart. 21. Preparing Ironing Semi-monthly / Monthly Production & Attendance Incentive list. 22. Maintain records manually and systematically. Requisite Skills 01. Strong knowledge of textiles, fabric construction, and production processes. 02. MS-Office basics. 03. Ability to work as a team. 04. Roles & Responsibilities Share daily inward and dispatch reports in official communication groups. Collect, review, and analyze daily production status reports before circulation. Perform ledger entries related to briefs and trunks. Update and maintain QC follow-up charts regularly. Communicate Purchase Order (PO) details to internal departments through official emails. Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) for Unibro orders in SAP . Execute Goods Receipt Note (GRN) entries in SAP for Unibro products. Prepare delivery notes and invoice copies for Unibro dispatches. Complete ODO entries for both company-owned and rented vehicles. Raise vehicle requests and generate e-way bills as required. Collect, compile, and maintain data in Excel sheets for Adas, Seconds, and Big Adas pieces. Follow up on Venmai book entries for R & R Textile. Coordinate with section in-charges to ensure smooth workflow and process continuity. Follow up with the data entry team for daily production report generation.
