R analytics Support

As an experienced R Analytics Lead, your role will involve managing the day-to-day operations of the R-based analytics environment. Your responsibilities will include monitoring production jobs, conducting root cause analysis, handling data cleaning, fulfilling production data requests, identifying process improvement areas, and collaborating with development and QA teams. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor Production Jobs: Oversee scheduled R script execution, investigate failures, and take corrective actions. - Root Cause Analysis: Troubleshoot script failures, identify data or logic issues, and ensure proper fixes are applied. - Data Cleaning: Clean raw or inconsistent production data to facilitate smooth script execution. - Production Data Requests: Address data and reporting requests from business stakeholders using R and SQL. - Process Improvement: Identify areas for enhancing R code performance, automate tasks, and suggest improvements. - Collaboration with Development & QA: Support testing, deployment, and monitoring activities for new script developments. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience in analytics support role. - Strong hands-on experience in R programming, especially with packages like dplyr, data.table, readr, lubridate. - Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. - Experience in production support, script monitoring, and issue resolution. - Demonstrated ability to lead teams, train junior members, and coordinate across departments. Desirable Skills: - Familiarity with scheduling tools and database connections in a production environment. - Ability to document processes, communicate issues clearly, and interact effectively with business users.,
