Roles & Responsibilities 3-5 years hands-on experience in administration and maintenance of end user accounts, permissions and access rights. - Strong hands-on experience with a majority of the following technologies (Active Directory, Mainframe, Unix, CA Identity Minder, SailPoint). - Strong understanding of application access structures and request model etc. - Deep understanding of Active Directory - Domains, group membership, account transfers and moves. - Deep understanding of RACF, ACF2 systems and knowledge of Mainframe Security Administration. - Experience administering and supporting Microsoft server operating systems. - Exposure to user access management and access provisioning in SailPoint & CA-IDM (preferred). - Solid understanding of Information Security and IT controls. And working in accordance with IT standard operating procedures. (preferred) - Have experience with request management tools. - Must be able to multi-task and set priorities - Must have experience in a collaborative, multi-disciplined team environment. - Must be able to manage working on an effort that involves collaboration across global teams - Must have strong technical, analytical, interpersonal communication and writing skills - Willingness to work in shifts Certification ITIL Foundation/Intermediate, Security+, MCSE, MCP"" Mandatory Skills: Active Direcotory Identity and Access Management Sailpoint IIQ Access Provisioning/De-Provisioning
