A Quantity Surveyor (QS) at the site level or site incharge is a construction professional responsible for managing all costs related to a construction project, ensuring it stays within budget and meets contractual obligations. This role involves estimating, monitoring, and controlling project finances from the initial design phase through to completion.
Key responsibilities include preparing cost reports, managing procurement with various stakeholders.
Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and cost plans for new and ongoing projects.
Manage tendering processes, including preparation of tender documents, evaluation, and contract negotiation.
Monitor project expenditures and perform value engineering to optimize project costs.
Experience Minimum 3 - 5 Years Only Preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
