Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare BOQ, estimate quantities, and monitor progress against estimates.
Conduct rate analysis and prepare detailed BOQs for civil works.
Create bar bending schedules (BBS) and subcontractor billing plans.
Ensure accurate estimation of materials, labor costs, and other expenses.
Collaborate with project managers to resolve quantity-related issues.
