Quality Supervisor - UPPER SHOE

As a Quality Supervisor at our shoes upper production factory located in Sevoor, Katpadi, Vellore, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality standards are met during the production process. Your role will involve: - Supervising the quality control processes in the production of shoes uppers - Conducting regular inspections to identify any defects or deviations from quality standards - Implementing corrective actions to address quality issues and improve overall production quality - Training and guiding production staff on quality standards and best practices To qualify for this role, you should have: - Previous experience in a similar role within the footwear manufacturing industry - Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high-quality standards - Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with production teams and management In addition to the job responsibilities, we offer the following benefits: - Food provided - Health insurance - Leave encashment - Provident Fund The work schedule for this position is a day shift from Monday to Friday, with the potential for a yearly bonus based on performance.
