Joining the manufacturing team will allow you to work at the cutting edge of engineering, impacting entire cities, countries, and the future. Key responsibilities include performing routine testing on Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) ranging from 66kV to 420kV, operating testing equipment proficiently, troubleshooting and diagnosing faults efficiently, and actively participating in improvement programs such as Lean Manufacturing initiatives, Continuous Improvement programs, Compliance, Corporate Governance, and adherence to EHS and Quality guidelines. Qualifications required for this role include a Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 2-3 years of total experience, including at least 1 year of experience in GIS routine testing. Shift flexibility is essential, with a willingness and ability to work in all three shifts. Technical skills needed include an understanding of manufacturing and assembly drawings, proficiency in preparing documentation and maintaining test records, experience in conducting Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), EHS knowledge, and Lean Manufacturing expertise. This role is based in Aurangabad but may require travel to other locations in India and beyond.
