Quality Incharge (Transformer)- Boregaon, M.P.

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for ensuring the quality of transformers throughout the manufacturing process, from incoming materials to the final product.

2. This role involves developing and implementing quality control procedures, conducting inspections and tests, identifying and resolving quality issues, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

3. Creating and maintaining quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards for transformer manufacturing.

4. Regularly reviewing production processes to ensure adherence to established quality standards and identify areas for improvement.

5. Performing various inspections and tests on transformers at different stages of production, including incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products.

6. Identifying, investigating, and resolving quality-related issues, working with other departments to implement corrective and preventative actions.

7. Ensuring that all transformers and manufacturing processes comply with relevant industry standards (e.g., IEC, ANSI, IEEE) and customer specifications.

8. Handling non-conforming materials or products, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams for proper disposition.

9. Preparing detailed reports on quality metrics, test results, and non-conformance issues.

10. Leading and mentoring the quality control team, providing training on quality procedures and best practices.

11. Identifying opportunities to improve the overall quality management system and implementing changes to enhance product quality and efficiency.

12. Collaborating with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.

13. Addressing customer complaints and quality concerns, working with the sales and customer support teams to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
