1. Check product quality during production and before dispatch.
2. Inspect parts using measuring tools (caliper, micrometer, CMM).
3. Maintain quality records and reports.
4. Identify and solve product defects (flash, short shot, sink mark, etc.).
5. Support the production team to maintain quality standards.
6. Handle customer complaints and prepare corrective actions.
7. Follow ISO / TPM quality requirements.
8.Train operators on quality checks and defect identification.
1. Having 2 to 3 year working exp. In Quality Dept.( Plastic Injection Molding )
2.Work with Bajaj Auto vendor will be preferred .
