Project Role : Quality Engineer
Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary: As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with diverse teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of comprehensive software solutions. You engage in planning activities that span multiple disciplines, focusing on accelerating project timelines while maintaining high standards of quality. Your role includes executing continuous testing processes that cover security aspects, application programming interfaces, and regression testing. You develop and implement automation strategies, create automated test scripts, and manage data and environment configurations. Additionally, you actively participate in code reviews, track and report defects, and contribute to ongoing improvements in the testing lifecycle to support the overall success of the application development process. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance testing frameworks and methodologies.
• Assist in maintaining and updating test documentation to reflect current processes and standards.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on testing best practices.
• Monitor testing progress and provide timely feedback to stakeholders to ensure project alignment.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Playwright.
• Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to validate application functionality.
• Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues across different layers of the application stack.
• Familiarity with test data management and environment configuration to support automated testing.
• Skilled in identifying defects and collaborating with development teams to facilitate resolution.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Playwright.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
