Quality controller

• Age limit:20 to 29.
• Inspection and Testing: Conduct thorough inspections and tests on incoming materials, components, and finished products to check for defects, consistency, and compliance with quality standards.
• Monitoring Production: Oversee manufacturing processes, monitor production lines, and identify any quality-related issues or deviations from established standards.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Record and analyze inspection data, identify trends, and prepare detailed reports and assessments for supervisors and management.
• Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and liaise with other specialists or production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Process Improvement: Recommend adjustments to assembly or production processes and support initiatives aimed at improving overall product quality and efficiency.
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot testing and inspection equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.
• Compliance: Ensure that all products and processes comply with company, industry, and legal standards and regulations.
• Training: Educate and train other employees on quality control procedures, best practices, and standards.
