Quality Control Officer

Job Description

Role & responsibilities Perform routine physical, chemical, and microbiological testing on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure quality and safety. Document test results and quality control activities, ensuring all records are accurate, complete, and in compliance with company standards. Monitor the production process for any deviations from quality standards and report any issues to the relevant production teams. Conduct audits of the production environment to ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulatory guidelines. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for QC testing and quality assurance processes. Collaborate with the production, R&D, and supply chain teams to resolve quality-related issues and support product development initiatives. Ensure the safe handling and proper storage of all chemicals and testing equipment in compliance with safety regulations. Assist with the preparation of reports and documentation for internal and external quality audits. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes and ensure product excellence. Read & Prepare COA.
