Quality Control Inspector

You will be responsible for inspecting plastic moulded parts visually and dimensionally according to quality standards. This includes conducting First Off Inspection (FI), In-Process Inspection, and Final Inspection. You will use basic measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure accuracy. Additionally, you will record inspection data, maintain documentation, and report any defects or inconsistencies to the Quality Supervisor. Your role will also involve ensuring compliance with ISO standards and internal quality procedures. It is essential to follow safety and cleanliness guidelines in the inspection area while supporting continuous improvement and 5S activities in the quality department. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Degree or Diploma and possess skills in Quality Control and Quality Assurance. Strong inspection and Quality Management abilities are required, along with excellent communication skills. Previous experience in conducting quality checks and inspections, knowledge of quality management practices, and attention to detail are essential. The ability to work effectively in a team environment is crucial, and prior experience in manufacturing or industrial settings is advantageous. This full-time position offers a salary package ranging from 1.8 to 3 LPA. The job location is in Pillaipakkam, Sriperumbudur.
