Quality Control Inspector

Role Purpose:
Ensure pumps and components meet company and customer quality standards by conducting thorough inspections and measurements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished products as per quality standards.
• Use measuring instruments (vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges, etc.) to check accuracy.
• Record inspection results and report deviations/non-conformities.
• Work with production teams to resolve quality issues.
• Ensure adherence to ISO and internal quality processes.

Requirements:

• Age: Less than 30 years
• Qualification: Any discipline
• Experience: 2–4 years in QC inspection (preferably in mechanical/engineering industry).
• Skills: Knowledge of inspection tools, eye for detail, documentation and reporting skills.

5. Production Support Assistant

Role Purpose:
Assist in production operations by supporting technicians and supervisors in day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance in assembly, finishing, and packaging as required.
• Handle material movement and basic workshop tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the production area.
• Follow safety practices and instructions from supervisors.
• Develop skills to grow into higher technical roles.

Requirements:

• Age: Less than 30 years
• Qualification: Any discipline
• Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year in a manufacturing setup.
• Skills: Willingness to learn, physical stamina, ability to follow instructions, team spirit.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
