Job Title: QC Executive – Fresher (Polymer Industry)

Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry / Polymer Science / B.E. / Diploma in Plastic Technology or relevant field

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform basic testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods.
• Conduct physical and chemical property tests of polymers (e.g., tensile strength, melt flow index, density, ash content).
• Assist in maintaining documentation and QC records as per ISO/QA guidelines.
• Calibrate lab instruments and assist in their maintenance.
• Collect samples from production batches and report any non-conformities.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety in the laboratory.
• Support senior QC staff in carrying out quality audits and process inspections.
• Learn and follow SOPs for various testing methods.
• Work closely with production and R&D teams to maintain product quality.
