- - Job description SRG POWER CONTROL SYSTEM is an leading manufacturer of all type of electrical panel boards and its located in karumathampatti, Coimbatore. Now we looking for an experienced Quality Engineer LV panels. Having good exposure in the quality control especially in Electrical Panel Boards, Sheet Metal Fabrication, Calibration of testing equipment's, customer handling , material knowledge, system knowledge and ISO Auditing knowledge etc., Responsibilities:- Creating Quality Control Policies and Procedures. Managing and archiving quality documentations. Quality Improvement initiatives. Experience with measuring tools and testing method. Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations Inspect the components with reference to the approved drawings and verifying dimensions as per Approved Drawing. Identify and resolve technical and quality issues in consultation with the production team to minimize delays and rework. Conduct various tests and inspections on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards. Maintain accurate records of quality inspections and findings. Team coordination and effective communication skills. Qualification And Experience:- - Bachelor's degree in Electrical/ Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechanical Engineering - Minimum 1 years of experience in LV switchgear involving in MCC, PCC, comprising components like ACB, MCCB, Soft Starters, VFD, ATS. etc., - Knowledge about design of electrical control panels according to relevant standards like IEC 61439, IEC 60204, IEC 61921. - Excellent communication skills with an ability to influence both internally and externally Location:- Karumathampatti , Coimbatore , How to apply.
