Quality Assurance Tester

As a Full-Stack QA Tester at Resolute Enterprises/Etome located in Changanassery, Kottayam, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and user experience of a variety of applications including Flutter and Kotlin apps, Android-based E Ink devices, React.js web portals, and Django backend. Your main responsibility will be to oversee the end-to-end testing process across different platforms to ensure the highest quality standards are met. Key Responsibilities - Mobile App Testing: Thoroughly test Flutter and Kotlin-based apps on E Ink Android devices, validate gesture responsiveness, latency, and touch interactions, and conduct various types of testing including functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing. - Web Portal Testing: Verify the responsiveness and browser compatibility of React.js web portals, validate dashboard features for different roles, and ensure consistent UI/UX and seamless navigation. - API & Backend Testing: Test and validate REST APIs using tools like Postman or Swagger, and ensure smooth integration between frontend and backend services. - General QA Activities: Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and bug reports, track and manage issues, collaborate with developers for issue resolution, and prepare release readiness and smoke testing reports. Required Skills & Experience - 2+ years of QA experience with expertise in manual and integration testing. - Proficient in testing Flutter and Native Android (Kotlin) apps. - Experience in testing responsive React.js-based web portals. - Familiarity with API testing using Postman and API debugging. - Strong communication and collaboration skills with development and product teams.
